Our new Minister Revd Andrew Rampton

                         

St. Bartholomew Anglican Church is blessed and delighted to welcome Revd Andrew Rampton as our new Incumbent.


Andrew will be sharing his priestly responsibilities as The Ecumenical Chaplain at St. John’s College.

Andrew was born  Morden, Manitoba. The family loved Music and it also became his passion. He was the organist and Choir Master  St. Michael and All Angels, Winnipeg. Later organist at St. John’s College Chapel at Huron University Chapel. He holds ARCT, Voice (Performance, with advanced standing in history and theory), Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto.

After working with the Winnipeg Music Festival, he entered University of Manitoba where he obtained his B.A. honors in 2 years. He then went to London, Ontario. He obtained his M.Div (2017) and recently his M.A

Theology(2018) both from Huron University College at University of Western Ontario.

He was the Acting Chaplain, Huron University College & Anglican Chaplain, University of Western Ontario Responsibility primarily for the spiritual/pastoral care and faith formation of approximately1,000 students, staff and faculty.

Prior years held a Diaconal Placement, St George’s Church, London, ON

Parochial Student Placements, were fulfilled at  St Aidan’s Church, London, ON, All Saints’ Church, London, ON and St. Paul’s Church, Winnipeg His spiritual path is strongly influenced by Benedictine teachings

Andrew has significant Pastoral Ministry Training Experience .His references  described him astounding, strong preacher, exceptional Theologian and   prescient administrative skills.
