The Church Gardens

Brightening our neighbourhood is an annual rite of passage at St. Barts.

The surrounding grounds of the church  becomes rife with flowers and vibrant green shrubs each summer adding to the curb appeal .

On  Wednesday  June 3rd, number of volunteers were out preparing the beds; planting number of annuals, and also tropical hibiscus; the Global cedars were trimmed. Heavy rainfall during the rest of the week means the plants are off to a great start such that our garden will be a riot of colour.

Thanks to Jeannette, Linda, Lynn, Val, Helen, June, Steve, Sid and Fraser who was celebrating his birthday that day.

Volunteers are needed for weed control and watering. Contact the Church at 204 257 8594.
